Pursued an intensive three-year joint J.D./LL.M. program combining a traditional J.D. degree and an LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law.  Attended Cornell’s summer legal program at the Sorbonne University of Paris.  Earned the Kosciuszko Foundation Scholarship awarded to students with outstanding credentials who demonstrate an interest in Polish culture and history.

  • Led one of the teams performing due diligence in connection with sale of a two-billion dollar and a half-billion dollar company.
  • Performed a variety of securities work including drafting public and private placement memoranda, drafted offering memoranda and securities filings, and researched securities issues.
